Attending a group yoga class can be especially great for the mind and soul as you absorb the positive energy of those around you. You will also feel more connected to your community and build bonds with others in the class.
Group classes are a great way to practice, but private yoga really develops your technique and understanding in a much deeper way. These type of sessions are an excellent way to customize the practice based on your goals and ability, and to give your body the attention it needs. It is also a very comfortable way to get introduced to yoga
My yoga journey started in 2016 and it changed my life, I fell in love with it's amazing physical and mental effects. In 2017 I decided to deepen my knowledge and completed a Hatha yoga teacher training course in Budapest, Hungary at Nitayoga Academy, then immediately after it an Ayurvedic yoga therapist, Vinyasa flow and Yin yoga, than Ashtanga TTC in 2018.
I have been teaching in Portsmouth since January 2018.
I prefer challenge in my classes and my own practice as well, but the classes are always suitable for all abilities. As yoga therapist, alignment and therapeutic aspect is very important for me.
I am experienced in teaching people who have different spine problems, and i am planning to deepen my knowledge further in this field, completing specific spine yoga therapy training as well.
I teach group classes, private classes and as therapist i offer ayurvedic life coaching/lifestyle as well.
