Traditional Hatha yoga
Hatha is a general category that includes most yoga styles. It is an old system that includes the practice of asanas and breathing exercises. The classes tend to focus on one pose at a time with rest in between.
Hatha yoga is a static practice, ideal for beginners.

Ashtanga yoga, Vinyasa flow and Slow vinyasa flow yoga
Ashtanga yoga
Ashtanga Yoga is a flowing style of yoga Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga where the postures (asanas) are linked to the breath (vinyasa) which produces internal heat while detoxifying the body. It builds strength, flexibility, and stamina, while calming the mind and improving overall health.
Vinyasa flow yoga
Vinyasa yoga is a dynamical yoga practice called flow because of the smooth way that the poses run together. It links movements to breath, flowing between poses, you’ll be moving almost continuously throughout the class.
It’s a great and intense workout that encompasses many different types of yoga, including Ashtanga and Power yoga.
Both, Ashtanga and Vinyasa flow classes string poses together to make a sequence but while Ashtanga follows the same sequence of poses, Vinyasa flow uses varying sequences chosen by the instructor.
These type of classes are ideal if you already practice yoga or fitness. Beginners are also always welcome, as there are multiple modifications available for each posture.
Slow Vinyasa Flow yoga
Compared to the athletic Vinyasa flow this class is ideal for beginners. The movements into the poses are never rushed, the practitioner has time to learn the poses and bring more focus to the breath.

Yin yoga
(once a month around Full Moon)
Yin yoga is slow-paced style of yoga, consists of a series of long-held (1-5 minutes), passive floor poses that primarily affect the lower part of the body—the hips, pelvis, inner thighs, lower spine. Yin yoga poses apply moderate stress to the connective tissue of the body-the tendons, fascia, and ligaments—with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility. A more meditative approach to yoga, yin aims at cultivating awareness of inner silence.
